Return Policy

Due to the nature of imported goods and international shipping, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or significantly different from the product description. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +233596528599. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For Paystack payments, refunds are processed back to the same card or account. For WhatsApp orders, refunds may be provided via mobile money transfer.

Order Cancellations

In-stock items may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement for a full refund. Pre-order cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs. After these timeframes, cancellations are not accepted as orders may have been processed or shipped.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences. Please carefully review product specifications before ordering. If you have questions about a product's fit, color, or features, contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable: personal care products (opened), intimate apparel, customized or personalized items, and items marked as "final sale." These restrictions are due to hygiene concerns and the nature of the products.
